Our Story
Built with Heart, Driven by Purpose
Two women on a shared mission — to make sure every neurodivergent learner gets the tools, understanding, and support they truly deserve.
How It All Began
Neurodivergent AI was not born in a boardroom or a tech startup. It started with a conversation — the kind that stretches late into the evening and leaves you both a little changed by morning. Two friends from very different academic worlds sat down and asked a simple question: why does the education system still feel so one-size-fits-all when we already know that minds work so differently?
Between the two of us, we had seen enough — students who were endlessly bright but dismissed because they didn’t sit still, learners who understood concepts deeply but couldn’t express them the “standard” way, and families who were exhausted from fighting a system that wasn’t built with their children in mind. We knew technology could help. We also knew it had to be done with genuine care — not as a gimmick, not as a replacement for human connection, but as a thoughtful bridge.
That is what NeuroDivergent AI is. A space where psychology meets technology, where data meets empathy, and where Neurodivergent learners are finally centered — not as an afterthought, but as the entire point.
The People Behind the Project
Ms. Aditi Marasini
Psychology & Learning Specialist Aditi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has spent years studying how the human mind learns, adapts, and sometimes struggles within traditional educational frameworks. Her academic work brought her face-to-face with neurodivergent learners — students with dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and other cognitive differences — whose intelligence and curiosity were constantly underestimated.
What drives Aditi is not the clinical side of psychology alone, but the deeply human side of it. She believes that understanding the “why” behind how a child thinks is far more powerful than forcing them to conform to a system that was never designed for them. She brings that belief into everything we publish here — grounding every piece of content in research, compassion, and lived understanding.

Ms. Samridhi Sharma
Data Science & AI Researcher Samridhi is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and she brings to this project something increasingly rare in tech circles — a sense of responsibility about what AI should and should not do. For her, building intelligent systems is never just about accuracy rates or model performance; it is about who benefits and how.

When she first explored how AI is being used in education, she was struck by how little of it was actually designed with neurodivergent students in mind. Most tools assumed a standard learner. She saw an enormous gap — and an enormous opportunity. Her role in NeuroDivergent AI is to translate the psychological insights Aditi brings into practical, accessible knowledge about how AI tools can genuinely adapt to different learning styles, paces, and needs.
Our Mission
We created Neurodivergent AI because we believe neurodivergent learners are not problems to be fixed — they are thinkers who need the right environment to thrive. Our goal is to raise awareness, share honest and practical guidance, and explore how thoughtfully designed AI tools can finally give these learners the personalized, flexible support that traditional classrooms have struggled to provide. Every article, guide, and resource on this platform is written for families, educators, and learners themselves — in plain language, with real purpose.
What We Stand For
- 🧠 Neurodiversity First: We write and think from the perspective that different minds are not deficient — they are different. Full stop.
- 🔬 Research-Backed: Every claim we make is rooted in psychology, education science, and responsible data practices — not hype.
- 🤝 Human-Centered AI: We believe AI should amplify human care, not replace it. Technology is a tool. Empathy is the foundation.
- 🌱 Accessible for All: Our content is written for everyone — parents, teachers, students, and curious minds of all backgrounds.
